| ANGELS UNLIMITED PRESCHOOL PARTIES AND PROGRAMS 2009 2010 4 & 5 YEAR CLASS The parties and programs schedule is listed below. Each child is host for one party or program. Parties are held during class time and you can decide how involved you would like to be. Parents are always welcome. I plan lots of fun activities for our parties and can set aside time for any activity ( game, craft, story) the host would like to do. The children always enjoy a snack ( homemade or store bought) and a beverage. Special cups, napkins, plates or favors are fun but not necessary. Our Christmas Program and Graduation are evening programs. They are both held in First Lutheran Church. Parents, grandparents, friends, relatives- everyone is welcome to share the program with us. Each family will be asked to supply 2 dozen bars / cookies (store bought or homemade) to share with our guests. Host parents are asked to bring cups, napkins, plates, decorations, beverages, and assist with setting up, serving guests and cleanup. It sounds like a lot of work but truly is not because we have so much help. I have quite a lot of decorations that we can use. We will have a meeting a few weeks before the event for planning. Please call if you have any questions. You may prefer a particular program or party or it might work better for your schedule. Please let me know of any changes that you would like to make. Parties and Programs are great fun for the children and your help makes it special for all of us.
