Angels Unlimited News and Notes
4 & 5 YEAR CLASS    March 8 – 12, 2010

Dear Parents/ Guardians, 

     C is for cookie and that is delicious and fun.  We will make a cookie dough to start our class and then bake the cookies.  We'll find out Who Took The Cookies From the Cookie Jar while the cookies are baking.   Decorating cookies will be our art project and then we will eat some of the cookies we bake.  Our story is all about cookies -And The Doorbell Rang.  
      Wednesday will take us on the road to the AU Ranch.  We'll pretend to be cowpokes on the range.  A chuckwagon will be in our room and we'll get to sample some trail grub.  Every cowpoke knows about singing round the campfire and we can do that too.  Horses are hard to corral so we will have our work cut out for us.  Our art project will be a 10 gallon hat that we will make and paint.  Our story will be about life on the range- Please let your child dress for the occasion:  bandanas, cowboy hats, boots, vests- anything that reminds us of life on the ranch.  Please no guns- we don't even like to pretend to hurt anyone or anything at Angels. 
       We will have parent / teacher conferences on March 29 and 30.  I will send a sign up sheet for conference times next week.  We do not have class March 29 through April 2 that is our spring break.  We will have class on Monday, April 5.
