ANGELS UNLIMITED PRESCHOOL NEWSLETTER
3 & 4 YEAR OLD CLASS   August , 2010

Dear Parents / Guardians,
      Welcome to a new year at Angels Unlimited Preschool.  I am very excited to meet my new friends and visit with my returning friends.  I hope you all had a wonderful summer.  The calendar link on our web page (aparadeoflearning.com) has been updated with information about the start of school and visiting our classroom before classes start.  This page will keep you informed about our comings and goings in class.
       Parents are always welcome to visit our classroom during our school year.  Some children are more comfortable than others when family members come to visit.  You know your child's comfort level and what is best for them.  
     The children should not bring toys from home to play with in school.  We have so many play things in our room for the children to enjoy and share and it is hard to keep track of toys that need to go home with a little one.
     Backpacks are important in our room.  Any projects that we make will be placed in your child's pack. I will use the main pocket of the pack.
       I will need emergency information and health forms on file for our first day of class.
      I also need 3 pictures of your child that will be used for a name tag in school and various projects to start our school year.  Your child can choose any picture that they enjoy-  siblings, pets, grandparents, fun activities- whatever your child would like to look at everyday at class time.
       I will have a billing statement for each family at our classroom visit or the first day of class.
       Our first day of class for the 3 & 4 year, Tuesday & Thursday session, will be Thursday, September 9^th.  Class will start at 8:15 and our door will be open until 8:30 if your child arrives after that time, please open the door to allow your child to enter and they can put their backpack away and join the fun.
      I am looking forward to an exciting school year.  Thank you for choosing Angels Unlimited Preschool.  
      Our Ice Cream Social will be at Colvill Park playground on Thursday, September 2^nd, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. I will bring the ice cream, cones and cups. Everyone is invited to bring their child’s favorite ice cream topping to share.  It will be great fun visiting with each of you before our fun starts at school.
       The classroom is a work in progress and I should be ready for visitors by next Tuesday, August 31^st.  Please email or call (651 385 8133) and I will make sure I am in the classroom when you can visit-  I have lots of computer work in my home office to get ready for classes. 
            Thank you all for your patience while I completed my kitchen renovations this summer-  who knew there was so much to do in one little room.  The project is done just in time for a busy school season.
